This is an annual Spring Conference for all Healthcare Travelers. It changes cities every year, giving you an opportunity to visit other amazing cities where Travel Nurses and Allied Healthcare Professionals meet agency representatives and all come together to learn and be celebrated ! There are many sessions to attend and learn about all things travel, taxes, housing and so much more. Hi, my name is Estella
I’m a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, RDMS aka Ultrasound Technologist. I have been a Sonographer for 20+ years and have been traveling for over 15 years. I have seen so much of this beautiful country. I first started as a Medical Assistant, and later became an X-ray Tech then years later I attended school to become a Sonographer. I have a total of 39 years in the medical field. I have been involved for several years in helping and mentoring so many people in the medical industry from Allied Health to Nurses at work and through FB groups such as Travel Nursing Newbies or through private messages as well asking me for guidance , advice and support that I decided to create this for you to keep assisting and provide resources to those interested in learning about the traveling healthcare industry. Sonotravelers also a private FB group arose from the inspiration of so many sonographers I have met throughout my years of traveling nationwide. I have experienced so many different aspects of the traveling industry, the good and the bad. Created since 2016 for guidance and support, where we get to discuss many topics of the industry I hope to inspire you and provide you with resources to help and guide you on your journey.

Sonography Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders MSD’s,
A private FB group with over 6k members and growing , I created in 2017, after suffering a shoulder work related injury myself requiring me to have a rotator cuff surgery. I was lost and scared that this would end up my career. I had so many questions and concerns , I had done so much research and became certified in Healthcare Ergonomics, in 2021. I wanted to educate and bring awareness to others in the world of Ultrasound to prevent injuries so that they don't ever go through what I have experienced. Thankfully I healed and I continue doing my work and share my own personal experiences so that you may have a long lasting career.
